Shipment processing time
Our Made to Order takes 2-4 weeks to produce.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Method
Our Footwear and Leather Accessories are shipped directly from our workshop in Lagos.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Our Return Policy
Made-to-Order Products:
Our made-to-order products are crafted with great care and precision to meet your specific requirements. Since these products are made-to-order, they cannot be returned for a refund. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to exchange your made-to-order product for a different size. In such cases, we offer an exchange for a new size within 5 days of receipt.
Please note that the exchanged product must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product shows signs of wear and tear.
Returns
Ready-To-Wear Orders:
Our ready-to-wear orders are carefully curated and crafted to provide the best quality and fit. We understand that there may be occasions where you may need to return or exchange your ready-to-wear product. In such cases, we offer a return or exchange within 5 days of receipt.
Please note that the returned/exchanged product must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear and tear. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 72 hours, depending on the type of payment.
